The academy sessions allow children and young people to participate in a number of athletics events and fun activities.
Anyone of any ability may participate and there is no joining fee.

- 6 – 7.30pm (Seniors, 12 – adult)
Saturdays:
- 10am – 12pm (Juniors, 7 – 11 years old)
- 11am – 12pm (Inclusive, 7 – 24 years old)
- 12pm – 2pm (Seniors, 12 – adult)
