Training Groups

Junior Group

Our Junior Group caters for young athletes aged 7-11 years old. Our youngsters are introduced to the FUNdamentals of track and field events through a variety of run, jump and throw activities and games.

Senior Group

Our Senior Groups caters for athletes from ages 12+. Our senior sessions train to further develop fundamental movement patterns and specialise in sprinting and field events. Training sessions are designed to improve overall athleticism addressing strength, speed, agility, power, flexibility and conditioning.  

We also have a number of middle-distance runners who focus on endurance through varying forms of continuous long runs and interval training.

Inclusive Group

Our award winning PAN Disability Inclusive Group is open to young people with any disability (physical, sensory or learning) from aged 7-25+. With our supportive volunteers and parents, we are able to deliver the FUNdamentals of runs, jumps and throws, entirely adapted to the athletes needs in a safe, inclusive environment, and on top of physical and mental wellbeing, we work on teamwork, social skills and much more!
